Introducing the PowerOne, our new weld cleaner designed for effective oxide removal and passivation – at a fraction of the cost of other high-powered models.

The catch?

The PowerOne does not incorporate an active current limiting system, making it more affordable while maintaining strength and power, especially during high-amp weld cleaning.

All this, without sacrificing any safety measures – the system is equipped with fully digital temperature sensors and mechanisms to prevent short-circuit scenarios.

While you’ll have less control over the amps used during the weld cleaning process, you’ll retain full control over the input voltage (120 or 240V), enhancing your overall working flexibility.

Please note that when working on thinner welds and stainless steel surfaces, you must adjust your process to prevent overheating the workpiece in the presence of higher amperage.
