Cellulosic Pipe Electrodes

Cellulosic electrodes are stick electrodes with a cellulose-based flux coating that produces a forceful arc and deep penetration. They are primarily used in pipe welding and root passes where high penetration is required.

Common Types:

  • E6010 – DC+, deep penetration, used for root passes in pipe welding.

  • E6011 – AC or DC+, similar to E6010, versatile for field use.
