The Tecmen head shield PAPR Freeflow V3 system is a respirator system which protects you from inhaling dust, pollutants, fine particles and other contaminants of the workplace. This welding helmet features a flip-up design with the optical class 1/1/1/1 ADF9505 iEXP and a curved grinding visor with a 20 x 12cm viewing area. The efficiency of the Tecmen Freeflow powered air respirator is 99.97. The blower unit features of the helmet include a real time digital display indicator and a rechargeable battery which has a running time of 9 hours use @ 170 litres per minute.

The safety features of the helmet include audible, flashing and vibrating alarms which are designed to alert the operator of potential problems.
