These are the sizes I recommend for AC welding.

AC welding is best  to use the smallest cup to get the job done, the smaller the cups keep the Heat unput to the material to a minimum, this allows the welder to have better control against holes opening up and the heat getting out of control.

#4 and #5  will mount on Collet bodies for the 9/20 torches and stubby collet bodies for the #17 torch

#7 and #8  will mount on the Gas lenses for 9/20  and Stubby gas lenses for the #17 torches
