This simple to use system detects cracks and flaws in metals. Supplied as 3 separate spray cans each forming a part of the crack detection process -
Stage 1 Cleaner Spray - cleans the area to be crack tested
Stage 2 Penetrant Spray - A spray dye which penetrates even the smallest pores and imperfections
Stage 3 Developer Spray - This lifts the dye from the surface to indicate any imperfections as a red mark.
The whole process takes 10-20 minutes to complete.
