Built for durability and strength, it's great for edge work, because it stands up to edges without tattering or fraying.

Get a faster, more consistent cut for low to medium pressure applications and edge work with 3M™ Cubitron™ II Roloc™ Durable Edge Disc 947A. Our edge discs are small and highly manoeuvrable allowing you to get in, over and around intricate parts. They’re engineered to be durable, cut quickly and stay cool. Featuring 3M Precision Shaped Grain Technology, the abrasive on these edge discs fractures at angles, constantly forming sharp points. The gaps between the grains allow dust and debris to escape, minimising loading. The heavyweight poly-cotton backing minimises the likelihood of tearing from the edge. The polyester increases durability, offering water resistance and tensile strength prolonging the life of the grain. The Roloc™ attachment system makes disc-to-tool connections quicker, faster and more efficient. With a simple half twist, a disc can be secured or detached, improving overall productivity. These discs are available in a TSM metal or TR plastic attachment, in 40, 60, 80 and 120 grit.
