The Miller Dynasty 280 DX provides 280 amps AC/DC TIG & MMA welding output with a smooth stable arc. Advanced technologies, such as Pulse, reduce heat input, increase travel speeds and improve arc directional control. Auto-Line™ technology allows the machine to be connected to any mains voltage within the specified range. Weighing in at just 23Kg, the Dynasty 280 DX provides a user friendly interface for intuitive operation as well as quick access to advanced features for expert welding operators. Designed for upgrade flexibility, a memory card port allows owners to download additional software when released, purchase product features from MillerWelds.com/tigsoftware and maximize their budgets by buying only the features they need. The Dynasty 280DX offers air cooled capabilities or can be used as a water cooled system via the Cooler Power Supply (CPS) an dedicated receptacle that powers the Coolmate 1.3 (available separately). The power switch on the machines activates the receptacle to help prevent torch failure.

Fan-On-Demand: Power source cooling system operates only when needed, reducing noise, energy use and the amount of contaminants pulled through the machine.

Blue Lightning: High frequency arc starter for non-contact arc initiation. More consistent arc starts compared to traditional HF arc starters. Greater reliability and no maintenance on solid state components.

Pro-Set: Liminates the guesswork when setting weld parameters. Use Pro-Set when you want the speed, convenience and confidence of preset controls. Simply select the feature and adjust until Pro-Set appears on the display.
